  • Why did the Condo Association adopt this system?
  • Like many other small condo associations, the Bayview Point North board was looking for a cost effective, simple solution that would unify and modernize our communication and reporting system. As of 2015, we were still relying on paper notes dropped in the main office inbox.
Paper communication will be supported to the benefit unit owners who do not use email as a method of communication.
A Web Application, like the one that you are using right now, facilitites and centralizes communications between Unit Owners and the Office as well as streamlines maintenance requests and services.
