You may use the Application without username and password but your capabilities are limited to the basic functions such as contacting the office or accessing Rules and Regulations.

I am a Unit Owner, how do I notify the board about a maintenance issue?

You must be signed in to report a maintenance issue.

After you are signed in, please click on "Maintenance Requests". Select what type of maintenance are you trying to report and click the "Submit" button.

A specific maintenance menu will open depending on your previous selection. Please place a checkmark on the item(s) that you want to report.

You may specify the location (eg. floor, or building side) on the panel on the right hand side. Optionally, you can type a brief description of the issue.

Once you have completed your request, click the "Submit" button.

The building administration will receive a report regarding the maintenance issue, and you will receive a copy as well.
